Making Living Food a priority in our lives. For the sake of the planet.

This theme !

So present everywhere. And yet, such an open invitation to change our bad habits!

When starting to being concerned about living food, when starting to understand that each fruit, vegetable, all the food we eat has a special frequency interacting with ours, we start to understand that there is something essential wanting to make its way into our consciousness.

I’m mostly a super joyful person, once a friend said to me, that the energy of joy transforms the frequency of not so highly vibrating food. And as I LOVE chocolate, brown chocolate, and I use to remain in high energy, I take this as an excuse not to change my nutrition habits too much. But fortunately, we have friends, explaining us that it’s important to start our day every day with water, because it is the water we drink first thing in the morning that helps the toxins to get out with the urine. And it makes sense to you.

Then, after a week of yoga in the South of France, you have totally forgotten about the chocolate, your body just LONGS for healthy food, and you notice that there is NO petrol-station offering you a healthy dish…

And when you then go in a big supermarket with your best healthy friend, you suddenly see with your own eyes that 95 % of all this food comes out of industrial production, of machines, from fields that are bathed in pesticides, killing all the potential insect helpers, biodiversity, not allowing any other plant to grow. And this is it what we eat on a daily basis, disconnecting us constantly to the life around us!

This is when a place, GENEVA, a time, FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 11th-13rd October, and an idea, THE LIVING FOOD CONFERENCE, AIMING TO OFFER A WEEKEND FULL OF INSPIRATION AROUND FOOD become great allies of the longing of our soul to understand what LIVING FOOD really means.

Food that has enjoyed the sun’s rays, that has been nurtured by caring and loving people, that has heard the songs of birds and enjoyed the visit of bees, that lives in a very fertile terrain where worms offer it the oxygen they need, that is collected with love and that biggest WISH it is, to grow and offer all living beings its best qualities.

Today, with all the challenges ahead of us, on top of it the frequency range of mobile radiation making us acid, we are ALL invited to rethink of habits of how we feed ourselves.
