What is S4C ?
S4C is a movement born out of the love for the ocean and her inhabitants. It is an Australian based volunteer non profit group funded by an amazing pro surfer and a fabulous man, Dave “Rasta” Rastovich, together with his fellow artist and activist Howie Cook.
Created in 2004, S4C keeps spreading awareness around the protection of cetaceans. Their aim is to “spread the wisdom and joy of cetaceans through compassion, awareness, education, media campaigns and dedicated interventions. S4C seeks to be an unequivocal voice and defender for our ocean kin”.
The movement shows to what extent a surfer’s love for the waves is deeply connected to a feeling of compassion and a will to protect the creatures that live within the ocean. These are the reasons why we love them and we support them integrally!
