Animals, plants, minerals… our lakes, mountains, the sea, but also our babies, children, and many people with disabilities, they present themselves to us with an immense invitation: to stop, contemplate, take time for ourselves, and feel our own connection between heaven and earth.
We are no different. We have this connection too. But many of us have forgotten it. Because there is too much focus on the external world. We let ourselves be overwhelmed by those voices from nowhere. We follow an agenda that eludes us.
We often put more trust in what we hear from the outside, in what others tell us, than in our own heartfelt voice, which is in touch with all that is.
What if we took the time again to land completely in the presence of the moment? Already three long, deep breaths help us experience a new state of mind.
Our creative force is our most precious gift. Let’s be aware of how much this creative force, aligned with our values, is shaping our world of tomorrow.
