Observe where the body has tensions
It reflects all the struggles that have taken place
in the moments we thought we were threatened.
Drop everything now!
Everything!!!
And look what remains.
Release the contractions, release the tensions,
Drop the wishes, drop the knowledge.
Rest now….
In this place that takes care of everything,
that unfolds everything.
Rest now….
In this place without effort
that doesn’t require any knowledge.
Just let life dance
in this music of eternity
