Out of Switzerland… He came to us as a nanny and as a 16 year old boy, with no concrete plan what he wanted to do in his life. Maybe become a cook? From him always emanated this great calm and peace and until we asked him, what his silence wanted to tell (often, he could just sit quietly for half an hour without talking, nor doing anything), he explained, that he felt well. Wow, for us, always being in movement, wanting to hold conversations, it felt strange, and still, it put us in peace, as well. We’ve spent a great year with Raphael, he was the big brother to the kids, playing football in the apartment, and our discussions about life were endless and great. Raphael as well became apprentice at 7sky, and today, he finished study as a photo-reporter in Vevey, next door! Our lives are still very much connected, and he touches us again and again with his love and generosity. We’re so immensely happy to have crossed the path of this wonderful being, who always is so centered, so in harmony with himself, in need of nothing, just snow, in the winter, and his skateboard, in the summer, and now his camera. A true zen-master who wouldn’t stop inspire us. Raphi!…
