Where lies our security in these turbulent times?

Dear friends,

I’m allowing myself to send you a small reminder. Because this topic is on everyone’s lips… and because, in a world where everything moves so fast, where war rages and uncertainty often fills our spirits, we often no longer know where to direct our attention. What better invitation than to take time for yourself, right now, and fully arrive back in yourself!

Put the phones and all the outer distractions aside, and use this precious time to rediscover the unique and valuable jewel that we are!

Finding presence

How do we escape distractions? How can we feel peace in our hearts, even when everything around us is in turmoil? An ethologist once told me that she was harassed by chimpanzees when she wasn’t fully present. A friend shared similar experiences with Przewalski horses: whenever her thoughts wandered, they galloped away. I, too, experienced a moment when a deer approached me from just a few meters away while I was fully present.

Presence is our most valuable asset.
Presence in being, with nature, with others,
with our thoughts – and in connection with Heaven and Earth.

How do we stay present?

There are very simple ways to arrive in our presence, right now.

  • Breathe consciously, pray, meditate, contemplate
  • Drink pure water and consume food from healthy soils
  • Observe fauna and flora
  • Connect with a tree
  • Practice body scanning and focus on the inside of your hands
  • Feel and express gratitude
  • Bless your surroundings
  • Take time for yourself…
  • Sing a mantra… And much more!

We all have wonderful tools, but sometimes we forget them in the busyness of our day. The invitation is big! Let’s arrive in our BEING now, and from that place, create the world we dream of.

“We are the ones we have been waiting for.”

With a heartfelt embrace into the week,

Your Coco***
