My dear friends, in a time like this, when our world -I use “world” on purpose- is changing daily it is quite helpful to go inside oneself for some reflection. The silence we are experiencing, due to the curfew, is rather helpful. No ostruction, no hurry…. instead there are quite some things to do around the house, inside and inside oneself. Now that the ability to catch the natural frequencies has risen, I would like to make a step ahead trying to carry society within this wake of change into a worthwhile future. In the mid 90-ies a friend of mine was able to cope constructively with a desaterous event, the war in former Yougoslavia. Today the conditions are non the less dramatic, except for all of us on the planet. Whatever the reasons are, this is not so important here, we may now take the chance and walk a new path for the times ahead. We have got creativity, technology and the accurate mindset. Now comes the best part: We are losing all the ties that kept us from going forward. There is a vast open space ahead of us to put our “seeds” in. The project is about housing and achitecture, including all its technical, environmental and social aspects. It is possible to reduce the construction materials to a minimum, being environmentally friendly, reduce costs for rent to a sensational low plus fulfilling the dream of a green autonomous community at the same time.
