We are a group of friends that have just graduated from university. We are linked by a common idea, which is to increase awareness about real life problems in developing countries and actively looking for solutions to solve them. In order to achieve this goal, we created Share A Dream, a project which aims at creating a global communication platform for sharing real life stories, projects and dreams.
The project has already started. The first mission of Share A Dream left for South America for a duration of 5 months. We will be moving around different countries with our van and record video materials in collaboration with different local NGOs.
Our project consists in creating footage (videos, photos & interviews) focused around the dreams and hopes of the people we meet in local NGOs. On site, we would thus like to film their activities and interview them. We will be in Argentina from the 1st of January. In local NGOs in Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Columbia and Ecuador that need help in their communication on internet and social media in order to find donators and volunteers. We are based in Switzerland and have access to a large network (through Aiesec and other organisations) of students, volunteers and potential donors. . We would stay around 1 week in the NGOs to get familiar with the project and generate the footage.
