Yoga is the sanskrit word for union – It reminds you that everything is connected and that what you do has a ripple effect. Being a yoga teacher-student I feel called to to walk my talk as much as I can. One thing I do is choosing sustainable and fair yoga clothing like swiss brand Lola | FRED… a sustainable Yoga Clothing Brand created by two swiss designers.
