A few months ago we started on our new episode of Cardboard Chaos. If you don’t know from Chaos, this show is in partnership with Ernest Packaging, a Los Angeles based packaging company we began working with after the Paper Snowboard ETT. The goal? Let’s have some fun and see how far paper can go! Well, in this episode we go far into the world of Fender Guitars and work with Master Builder Paul Waller to build out one of the most recognizable guitars in the world, the Fender Stratocaster. Sure, we’re confident we can make it look good, but that is just half the battle. The Strat has incredible history and is iconic, so this has to feel good, look incredible and most importantly, sound fucking fantastic! We are shredders, we are builders and we love music. As guitar players this project is only credible if the guitar works and with roughly 250lbs of torque placed on the neck of the guitar from the strings, we have definitely have ourselves a challenge. Once the guitar is finished we drop it with a good friend and talented musician Chester Bennington and Brad Delson of Linkin Park to see what he thinks and to see if it passes the test. Rock out with your Cardboard Stock out!
